Developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AIPCA), SAS 70 (Statement on Auditing Standards) is an international standard used to measure the reliability of a service organization's internal controls and auditing practices. SAS 70 certification provides independent verification that 200 Paul Avenue meets high standards for security control processes, preventative maintenance and operations procedures. Digital Realty received the certification after a thorough audit by independent auditor KPMG.
