A. William Stein, Chief Executive Officer


A. William Stein (Bill) is Digital Realty’s Chief Executive Officer and serves on its Board of Directors.

Under Bill’s leadership, Digital Realty has executed a series of transformational transactions that have sharpened the company’s strategic focus and significantly enhanced its product offerings. Bill has overseen a quadrupling of the company’s total enterprise value, as well as its inclusion in the S&P 500 Index.

Prior to being named CEO in 2014, Bill served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Investment Officer.

Bill has over 30 years of leadership experience at a wide variety of companies. Before joining Digital Realty in 2004, Bill was with GI Partners (Digital Realty’s predecessor private equity fund); Co-Head of VentureBank@PNC and Media and Communications Finance at The PNC Financial Services Group; President and Chief Operating Officer of TriNet Corporate Realty Trust (now part of iStar Financial); Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of TriNet Corporate Realty Trust; and he previously held a number of senior positions with Westinghouse Electric, Westinghouse Financial Services and Duquesne Light Company. In addition, Bill practiced law for eight years, specializing in litigation as well as securities and finance.

Bill also holds leadership roles within the real estate industry. He serves as Chair and is a member of the Executive Board for the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), and he serves on the Board of Directors for Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc., where he is a member of the Audit Committee and the Compensation Policy Committee. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of The Real Estate Roundtable, and of the Fisher Center for Real Estate & Urban Economics (FCREUE) Policy Advisory Board.

Bill has an AB degree from Princeton University, a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Master of Science degree with Distinction from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.

Andrew Power, Chief Financial Officer


Andrew (Andy) Power has served as Digital Realty’s President since 2021 and as Chief Financial Officer since 2015. He is responsible for global portfolio operations, technology development and innovation, service provider and enterprise customer solutions, asset management and information technology as well as the company’s financial functions across Digital Realty’s global platform.

Prior to joining Digital Realty, Andy held positions of increasing responsibility at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he most recently served as Managing Director of Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging Investment Banking and was responsible for relationships with over 40 public and private companies, including Digital Realty. Prior to Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Andy was employed by Citigroup, where he held similar positions. During his career, he has managed the execution of over $30 billion of public and private capital raises, including the largest REIT IPO to date, and more than $19 billion of merger and acquisition transactions. Andy was part of the lead underwriting team that advised Digital Realty on its initial public offering in 2004 and served as a lead manager on nearly every subsequent public capital raise.

Andy also serves on the Board of Directors of Americold Realty Trust (NYSE: COLD) where he is a member of the audit committee and compensation committee. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Analytical Finance from Wake Forest University.

Greg Wright, Chief Investment Officer


Greg Wright is the Chief Investment Officer at Digital Realty, with responsibility for spearheading the company’s investment and other capital allocation activities.

Prior to joining Digital Realty, Greg was Co-Head of Americas Real Estate and Managing Director of the Real Estate, Gaming & Lodging Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.  During his tenure at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, he provided strategic and financial advice to clients across a broad spectrum of real estate, infrastructure and related sectors, including Digital Realty. In his capacity as an external advisor to Digital Realty, his strategic and financial expertise were integral to the execution of transactions that have been truly transformational for the company. He served as lead M&A advisor on the $1.9 billion acquisition of Telx, the $7.8 billion merger with DuPont Fabros and the $1.8 billion acquisition of Ascenty. Before his time at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Greg served as a Managing Director in the Real Estate & Lodging Group at Citigroup where he was responsible for originating and executing strategic advisory and capital raising assignments, as well as general client coverage. During his 25-year investment banking career, he successfully completed over $200 billion of M&A transactions, asset sales, joint ventures, public and private debt and equity offerings, and bank loans for clients. Many of these transactions have been the largest, most noteworthy deals in the REIT sector. For example, Greg led teams that acted as the sole sell-side advisor on the largest REIT merger in history and that served as an active bookrunner on the two largest REIT initial public offerings to date. Greg also worked at Trammell Crow Company in Washington, DC where he was a member of the finance team responsible for acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures, as well as construction and permanent debt financings across multiple product types.

He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from the University of Maryland and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan.

Cindy Fiedelman, Chief Human Resources Officer


Cindy Fiedelman is Chief Human Resources Officer at Digital Realty, responsible for leading the company’s global human capital strategy, which includes talent management, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, leadership development, compensation and benefits programs, and human resources integration efforts related to mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to taking on this role, Cindy was Vice President of People & Diversity at American Airlines, where she led the organization-wide integration effort resulting from the $11 billion merger between American Airlines and US Airways. In addition, she led talent management, staffing, compensation and human resources operations globally. She also has held senior-level human resources and operations positions at companies including Avaya, Sun Microsystems and Comcast. Cindy has a proven track record of building teams focused on attracting top talent, transforming organizations, leading human resources activity around mergers and acquisitions as well as the subsequent integration efforts, and creating engaged workforces.

She received a Bachelor of Art degree in Art History from the University of Pennsylvania.

Chris Sharp, Chief Technology Officer


Chris Sharp has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, with an extensive background in developing technology strategies in global markets. He has a deep knowledge of the data center sector and is well positioned to expand technical innovation at Digital Realty. Most recently, he was responsible for cloud innovation at Equinix, where he led the development of innovative cloud services solutions and developed new capabilities enabling next-generation, high-performance exchange and interconnection solutions, facilitating broad commercial adoption of cloud computing on a global basis. Previously, Mr. Sharp held leadership positions at top network and colocation providers, including Qwest Communications, MCI/Verizon Business and Reliance Globalcom.

Corey Dyer, Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)


Corey Dyer is Chief Revenue Officer, with responsibility for sales, leasing and marketing efforts across the organization.

Prior to joining Digital Realty, Corey served as Senior Vice President, Sales, Americas at Equinix, where he had responsibility for sales across the Americas region.  Before joining Equinix, Corey worked at Hewlett-Packard, where he served as Vice President, Storage Sales, Canada and led the firm's Canadian storage business.  Previously, he held various sales and sales leadership positions at Dell, primarily in the server, software and peripheral businesses.  Corey has over 25 years of experience as a sales leader with a track record of building and driving sales and marketing operations at leading technology companies.

He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Wake Forest University.

Erich Sanchack, Executive Vice President, Operations


Erich J. Sanchack serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Digital Realty. He is responsible for global portfolio operations, global construction, cybersecurity, government relations, as well as supply chain operations.

Prior to this role, he served as the Executive Vice President, Operations for Digital Realty and before that, Senior Vice President for CenturyLink IT Solutions and New Market Development. He had overall profit and loss responsibility for commercial IT solutions, cybersecurity, data hosting, cloud management and managed services offerings. Previously, he served as Vice President and General Manager for CenturyLink Federal Solutions, where he had overall profit and loss responsibility for CenturyLink’s Federal Government business, spanning civilian interests, the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security and the intelligence community.

Before joining CenturyLink, Erich served as Vice President, Competitive Enhancements at Lockheed Martin, where he was responsible for identifying and coordinating affordability opportunities across the corporation. He also served as Vice President, Corporate Internal Audit at Lockheed Martin, responsible for audit operations and enterprise risk management. His position reported directly to Lockheed Martin’s audit committee and board of directors. Erich’s last role at Lockheed Martin was Vice President of Information Technology Services for Information Systems and Global Solutions/Defense. From 1998 to 2004, he progressed through assignments via business development roles followed by lead responsibility directing North American global customer service operations for Tetra Pak, Inc. in Denton, Texas. Throughout his career, Erich has primarily been a profit and loss general manager, and he has held multiple leadership roles across large portfolios.

Erich is a former U.S. Marine Corps officer. He deployed with the 22 Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable) during Operation Joint Endeavor (Bosnia), Assured/Quick Response (Liberia and Central African Republic), Operation Noble Obelisk (former Zaire) and Operation Silver Wake (Albania).

Erich sits on the board of directors for the Northern Virginia Technology Council, the board of directors and executive committee for the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association/International, and the boards of directors for the American Heart Association for the Greater Washington Region and Austin. He also sits on the armed services council for the Union League of Philadelphia. Erich was recently included among the top 100 most influential people in the greater Washington, DC area, and named a TECH 100 executive and Data Center Community Champion by the Northern Virginia Technology Council in recognition of his efforts to drive technology innovation and positive community impact. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.

Bill Bradley, Chief of Staff, Office of the CEO


Bill Bradley is Chief of Staff at Digital Realty, with responsibility for working with the company’s executive leadership team to develop and execute corporate strategy, which includes competitive analysis, strategic assessment, corporate development and supporting cross-functional teams on internal initiatives, as well as reviewing the strategy with the Board of Directors.

Prior to this role, Bill led the company’s Partners & Alliance Program that was focused on strategic alliance partners, real estate brokers and channel partners. In addition, he previously served as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development. Bill joined Digital Realty following a 17-year career in investment banking, including six years at Credit Suisse where he last served as a Managing Director in the Global Mergers & Acquisitions Group, advising telecommunications service providers and data center operators. Prior to his career at Credit Suisse, Bill held similar positions at Citigroup for nine years. Bill has advised on transactions such as the sale of Terremark to Verizon and the sale of Global Crossing to Level 3.

He received a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Tufts University.

Tony Bishop, Senior Vice President, Platform, Growth & Marketing


Tony Bishop is Digital Realty's Senior Vice President, Platform, Growth & Marketing. He is responsible for the company's global growth and marketing strategy. Tony plays a central role in building a differentiated global platform and customer experience to enable enterprises and services providers to accelerate their digital business strategies and transact on PlatformDIGITAL®.

Before joining Digital Realty, Tony was Vice President, Global Vertical Strategy & Marketing at Equinix, where he was responsible for creating the global growth strategy for Enterprise and Service Provider Markets through Vertical Solution Development. Previously, Tony served at 451 Research as Chief Strategy Officer focused on digital infrastructure research. Earlier in his career, Tony was Managing Director, Global Head of Enterprise Datacenter Operations & Strategy at Morgan Stanley & Co.; he led the global team that defined and implemented the datacenter transformation program.

Tony also serves as an advisor to NuCypher, is a Second Degree fellow with Infrastructure Masons, and is the author of Next Generation Datacenters: Driving Extreme Efficiency & Effective Cost Savings.

Tony studied Business and Computer Science at the University of New Brunswick and has been awarded Computerworld's Premier 100 IT Leaders, "Top 40 under 40" IT Leaders, and the Network World All Star Award.

Jeff Tapley, Co-EMEA MD, Senior Vice President – Portfolio Management


Jeff Tapley joined Digital Realty in August 2013 and is currently one of the EMEA Co-Managing Directors (MD) and a Senior Vice President, and Head of the Portfolio Management Group. In his MD role, Jeff is responsible for working with the global senior management team to deliver a strategy and results for the EMEA region in all facets of the business.

A major focus of his responsibility within the global portfolio is working with the sales team on multi-regional transactions and negotiating global agreements with major customers. Jeff is also a member of Digital Realty’s Investment Committee and a member of the Executive Leadership Team.

Before joining Digital Realty, Jeff spent 18 years within the private equity real estate group at Fidelity Investments, followed by two years with Long Wharf Real Estate Partners. Jeff served as managing director of both firms and was a principal in acquiring and structuring joint ventures in all forms of commercial real estate for the company-sponsored value-add investment vehicles.

Jeff holds an MBA in Finance from Bentley University, a BA in Business and Economics from Saint Anselm College, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Jordan Sadler, Senior Vice President


Jordan Sadler is Digital Realty’s Senior Vice President, Public and Private Investor Relations responsible for directing and further developing Digital Realty's market-leading investor relations program, reporting directly to President and Chief Financial Officer, Andy Power.

After more than 20 years on Wall Street, Jordan joins Digital Realty from KeyBanc Capital Markets, where he built and led one of Wall Street's largest and most prominent REIT research franchises. He most recently served as a Managing Director, Senior Analyst at KeyBanc, overseeing a team that covered more than 65 stocks across all property subsectors, including Digital Realty and other data center REITs.

Prior to KeyBanc, Jordan was a senior member of Citigroup's top-ranked real estate research team. Prior to REIT research, he served on the leveraged finance team at Natexis Banques Populaires, after beginning his banking career in Fleet Financial Group’s Corporate Credit Training Program.

Jeannie Lee, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary


Jeannie Lee is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Digital Realty and is responsible for leading the global legal, sustainability, risk management, governance and compliance functions. She joined the company in 2010.

Prior to joining the company, Jeannie was a corporate attorney with Latham & Watkins LLP where her practice included public company representation and capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital financing transactions.

Jeannie received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School.
